Kansas Gamma was installed on May 26, 1940, as the third Kansas chapter. It is one of the 137 active chapters in the United States. Traditionally, Benedictine College students have presented their research at regional and national meetings of the organization and served on convention committees.

Congratualations to the Spring 2008 Kansas Gamma initiates: Christina Henning, Emily James, Caitlin Kelly, Scott Storm, and Matthew Weaver.

Two junior Kansas Gamma members were awarded Sister Helen Sullivan Scholarships for the 2008-2009 school year. Congratulations to Linda Myers and Erick Klinckman.
